In-Store Refund Policy
We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from Wetherells and we always aim to provide great quality goods at competitive prices.
If however you are not completely satisfied and you return the goods in-store within 14 days (7 days for items purchased in sales) unused and in the original undamaged packaging and
can produce proof of purchase – we will either exchange it or give a full refund.
In the interests of hygiene no refunds or exchanges will be given on all briefs, headwear, pierced jewellery & bedding.

Online Sale Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may be eligible for an exchange or refund, following our In-Store Refund Policy.
Please Contact Us to see if you are eligible and to arrange an in-store return or return postage.
To return your product you should mail your product to: Wetherells Department Store, The Crescent, Selby, YO8 4PD at your own cost. Alternatively an in-store return may be arranged.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
